Narince grapevine leaves grown in Erbaa region are hairless, thin, with few tears on the leaf blade and have a pleasant flavor. According to the international ampelographic identification system, the shape of the leaf blade is round and the stem pocket is "U" shaped. Erbaa Narince leaves pickled according to the methods in the region are semi-permeable, yellowish green in color and have a vivid appearance. While approximately 27-30 leaves per 100 grams of leaves used in olive oil wrapping, 40-45 pickled leaves per 100 grams are used in stuffed meat.
